During my stay at Hospedaje Villanueva in Tarifa, I was intrigued by the dichotomy of luxury versus value that the hotel presented. The location was superb, offering easy access to both the old Medina and the stunning beaches where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic. The proximity to North Africa added to the allure of the setting, making it a unique experience.While the hotel lacked certain extravagant amenities often associated with luxury accommodations, such as garden furniture or free toiletries, it made up for it in practicality and charm. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The communal terrace provided stunning views of Africa, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The hotel's focus on cleanliness and functionality, rather than unnecessary frills, made it a wise choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a cozy retreat in an unbeatable location. A well-rounded option for those looking to balance cost and comfort in Tarifa.
